Return & Refund Policy

We understand that purchasing solar gadgets is an investment. Our return policy is designed to protect your investment while maintaining the integrity of our electronic inventory.

A. 7-Day Inspection Period

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery if:

  1. Technical Malfunction: The gadget fails to power on or operate according to its core specifications upon arrival.
  2. Damaged in Transit: The item arrives with physical damage (must be reported within 24 hours of receipt).
  3. Incorrect Item: The model or specifications received do not match your order.

B. Eligibility Conditions

  • The item must be in its original packaging, including the box, internal cushioning, manuals, and all included accessories (cables, remotes, etc.).
  • The product must not show signs of physical tampering, unauthorized repairs, or water damage caused by the user.

C. The Return Process

  1. Technical Support Check: Contact tech@shamsitech.store or our WhatsApp line. Our engineers may attempt to resolve the issue remotely first.
  2. Approval: If the issue is a defect, we will authorize the return and arrange a courier pickup.
  3. Inspection: Once the gadget reaches our lab, we conduct a technical audit to confirm the fault.

D. Refunds & Replacements

  • Replacements: If the item is defective, we provide a brand-new replacement at no extra cost.
  • Refunds (COD/Bank Transfer): If a replacement is unavailable, we offer a full refund via your preferred method (Bank Transfer, JazzCash, EasyPaisa) within 10–14 business days post-inspection.
  • Change of Mind: For non-defective electronic items that have been opened, a 15% restocking fee may apply, or we may offer Store Credit instead of a cash refund.
