While we strive for 100% accuracy, solar gadget performance (e.g., charging times, battery life) can be affected by local environmental conditions, including sunlight intensity and placement. ShamsiTech provides estimated performance benchmarks based on standard testing conditions.
B. Orders and Pricing
- All prices are in PKR.
- For high-value solar equipment, we may require a partial advance payment or a phone verification for Cash on Delivery (COD) to prevent fraudulent bookings.
- We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability or pricing errors.
C. Safe Usage & Installation
ShamsiTech provides “Plug-and-Play” gadgets. For any items requiring structural installation, the user is responsible for ensuring the placement is secure and complies with local electrical safety standards. ShamsiTech is not liable for damages resulting from improper DIY installation or environmental accidents (e.g., storm damage).
D. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be settled through arbitration in our primary city of operations.
